Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This privacy policy applies to personally identifiable information collected when you use the System and its extended services. For external sites linked from the System, please refer to those sites' own privacy policies.

2. Collection, processing, and use of personal data

• When you register for the System or participate in events or courses organized by the System, we may ask you to provide necessary personal data depending on the nature of the activity. Your data is stored in the System's database and used only for promotion or marketing-related services.
• The System retains server access records generated while you browse or query, including the IP address of the connected device, time of use, browsing and click data, used to improve the quality of the System's services.

3. Data protection

• The System's hosts are equipped with firewalls, antivirus systems, and other information security devices and necessary protective measures to safeguard the System and your personal data.
• When commissioning third parties to provide services as required, the System will strictly require them to comply with confidentiality obligations and take necessary inspection procedures to ensure compliance.
• The System will never sell any of your personal data to others.

4. Revisions to the privacy policy

The System's privacy policy may be revised as needed; revised terms will be announced on the System.

5. Compliance with Google Play family policy

We ensure that all System content is suitable for children to view and use.

6. YouTube services and Google account authorization

The application of this System, Vision Training Center, uses YouTube API Services so that partner stores can play videos from their own YouTube accounts during on-site training.

• Each store decides whether to authorize its Google account. Once authorized, the application uses read-only access to retrieve that account's subscriptions, liked videos, and playlists in order to present selectable training videos. It never creates, modifies, or deletes any YouTube content, and never comments, subscribes, or uploads on the user's behalf.
• Authorization credentials are stored only in the encrypted storage of that device and are never uploaded to our servers. Retrieved video titles and thumbnails are likewise only displayed and cached on that device.
• We do not share, transfer, or disclose Google user data obtained through YouTube API Services to any third party. Authorization credentials and retrieved video data remain on the device, are never transmitted to our servers, and are never provided to any partner, advertiser, or analytics provider. They are never used to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. The only exception is disclosure required by law or in response to a lawful request from a government authority.
• When a store signs out inside the application, the System immediately revokes the authorization with Google and clears the credentials and cache on the device. A store may also remove the authorization at any time from the permissions page of its Google account.
