Pair
Open the app and pair with the Inspector device — the app shows live sync progress.

Wear
Put on the Inspector device. If you wear corrective glasses, keep them on first, then wear the device.

Measure
Follow the on-screen prompts and distance cues to measure eye-alignment and fusion data. Measurement records are saved automatically.

Shipping
Orders ship via our courier partner to the address you provide. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after order confirmation (excluding holidays). Actual times depend on the destination and carrier — please contact customer service for any questions.

If we find stock or quality issues while preparing your order, our team will reach out to confirm next steps. During major holidays (Lunar New Year, Valentine's Day, Christmas) or peak campaigns, carrier loads can push delivery slightly later than usual — thank you for your patience.

After-sales
Within 7 days of delivery, returns and exchanges are free for non-human defects — packaging and accessories must remain intact. After 7 days, the warranty period begins and the item cannot be returned or credited toward a new one. For shipping damage, please report within 7 days of delivery. Hardware warranty activates after you bind the device inside the app.
