Shipping

We ship every order via our partner courier to the address you provide. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation. Actual delivery time depends on your region and the carrier; contact our customer team anytime if you have questions.

Possible Delays

If we find low stock or a defect while preparing your shipment, a team member will reach out to confirm next steps. During major holidays (Lunar New Year, Valentine’s Day, Christmas) and peak campaigns, shipping volume rises and carrier delays can occur — thank you for your patience.

After-Sales

Within the 7-day return window (counting from signed delivery), non-human-error defects qualify for a free return or exchange, provided packaging and accessories are intact. After 7 days the warranty period begins and returns or product-credit exchanges are no longer available. If the product is damaged in transit, please report it within 7 days of delivery. The device warranty activates once you bind the trainer to your app account.
